Jumo Health is a Patient Experience Organization (PXO) focused on improving how patients and caregivers understand and participate in clinical trials. By combining behavioral science, data insights, and communications, Jumo creates educational resources and engagement programs that help participants feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the clinical trial journey. Over a four-month period, I partnered with Jumo’s marketing and creative leadership team to evolve the brand, develop a range of brand and marketing materials that support this mission, and strengthen the company’s visuals across campaigns, events, print, digital, website, and social channels.
Brand Elements
I expanded the Jumo identity with a library of repeatable design elements, such as image frames, background patterns, and accent shapes, paired with a curated image library, using authentic, organic photography to create a brand system that feels unmistakably human.
Digital & Print
Developed social media imagery and booth graphics, applying the updated brand system to both digital and print formats while emphasizing authenticity, clarity, and patient-focused storytelling.
Avatars
I created a base avatar using sharp lines and angles combined with rounded corners used sparingly. I then used generative AI to add the brand's circular pattern to the hair and clothing. I then used the AI to scale production, creating a series of Avatars based on the compiled image. I then brought the images back into Illustrator for manual refinements on colors and line weights.
